Breakfasts

• High fat cottage cheese and berries
• High fat yogurt with berries or apple
Lunch/Dinner
• Salads with high fat/low sugar dressings, meat, cheese, and veggies
• Cheese burgers wrapped in lettuce with a salad or veggies
• Steak and veggies
• Pulled pork and veggies
• Spaghetti squash with low sugar spaghetti sauce and cheese on top
• Cauliflower with chicken and Alfredo sauce on top
• Eggs, meat, and cheese-add some peppers too
• Any meat and veggies
• Cauliflower mash
