Daily Eating Ideas

Here is a list of some ideas for what to eat each day!

Snacks & Dessert
Nuts
Snap peas
Carrots & dip
Cheese or string cheese
Summer sausage
Peanut butter cup of Adam’s Peanut Butter
Chew sugar free gum
Ham, cream cheese, and pickle roll up
Deviled Eggs

Breakfasts
Eggs, meat, and cheese
High fat cottage cheese and berries
High fat yogurt with berries or apple

Lunch/Dinner
Salads with high fat/low sugar dressings, meat, cheese, and veggies
Cheese burgers wrapped in lettuce with a salad or veggies
Steak and veggies
Pulled pork and veggies
Spaghetti squash with low sugar spaghetti sauce and cheese on top
Cauliflower with chicken and Alfredo sauce on top
Eggs, meat, and cheese-add some peppers too
Any meat and veggies
Cauliflower mash
